Thanks for your inquiry. The sizes are as follows:

• Small (Men 7.5 and smaller/ Women 9.5 and smaller)
• Medium (Men 8-9.5/ Women 10-11.5)
• Large (Men 10-11.5/ Women 12-13.5)
• X-Large (Men 12-14.5/ Women 14-16.5)

For a shoe size 8 women, the best option would be a small. These Impact Gel insole sizes are designed to be trimmed to fit. Width does not matter. Hope that helps.

A friend has told me that Physical Therapy will not cure Arch Pain. I am doing
physical therapy now, ordered by my Podiatrist. Also bought an Orthodic shoe
insert. It helps ’some’. This friend tells me I have Arthritis, and Arthritis cannot
be cured/corrected with Physical Therapy, i.e. exercises and treatments.

What are your ‘thoughts’ on this?

The first thing to consider with any footwear, including shoes athletic, is comfort. If a shoe isn’t comfortable, there is no use in wearing it. The shoes should feel great on your feet the minute you get them laced up.
