I am doing physical therapy now, ordered by my Podiatrist. Also bought an Orthodic shoe insert. It helps 'some'. This friend tells me I have Arthritis, and Arthritis cannot be cured/corrected with Physical Therapy, i.e. exercises and treatments. What are your 'thoughts' on this?
